yes this is normal. I have my eCOPR but still my application is in progress in GCKey and IVR says eligibility still in progressApplication submitted - Sept 29th, 2022

I have got an email from IRCC saying that my PR has been approved and they have asked me to reply back with address details, but IRCC portal still shows "Application In Progress". Is this expected, can someone please clarify ASAP ?
Are you inland? Did you got it within last 5 years?My PR application get canceled as it said my upfront medical check was expired.
However, per my understanding, I should be involved the medical check exemption:

I read the link you posted above. It doesn't explain much about doing it not in Canada or abroad. But it mentions certain applicants will be allowed exceptions but no exceptions mentioned.Thanks for answering me.

Is the problem that the medical check was done in my hometown but not Canada? Thanks.
