Applied in February for September (Fall) 2022, has still not received admission notice. Please I hope I'm still on track.
I've not applied for visa too or done anything yet.
 
What's the institution and program?

You should check your university payment dates and know when you have to pay if accepted. The reason for this is that you may be required to pay the first semester or maybe even the first year before you receive a decision on you study permit. Also, check the refund policies... some universities have strict dates and conditions under which they allow refunds.
