I submitted my Outland Spousal application on Sept 15 through the new Permanent Residence portal. Anyone else using the new online application?

Hi guys...have a doubt...had applied for wifes' spousal visa on 16th...received all the documents except biometric req mail...apparently they sent the biometric request mail before sending the AOR ( found out from the pr tracker).....and we did not receive the mail definitely...contacted ircc customer care in Feb and they informed they have requested to resend the request mail..have not received it till now.... We can see the update in the tracker stating that my enquiry has been received as well.....have contacted them again couple of times (also sent web forms and also mails to Delhi immigration mail id) ....anything else I should do to get the response....advice is appreciated

What has been everyone’s experience so far with updates after completing biometrics. We have completed and pass the medical, gotten the pre arrival letter, SA and all the good stuff. Seems like we are just waiting on the next update since we have completed the biometrics.

Its been more than 3 weeks since medical done and no update on GCKEY portal.The clinic says they have uploaded the results. Shall I be concerned as the 30day period is passed.

Those "not started" fields are not a reliable indicator of where it is.

Nothing is reliable in the IRCC status. On 1st Mar they told me my application is being processed by the Ottawa office, same on Mar 16th, in between I got a ghost update, and now its full silence. I don't know whether something is happening or not? Its been 2 months of full silence now

That's okay, hang in there. Long periods of silence are common and can extend to many months (6 months or even more).

Pre arrival is sent by email and GCKey. It's usually after the PA's eligibility is passed. Who knows when that is in your cause.. (how fast your office is, how good the evidence, how busy the officer is, etc etc etc)

I got a new PCC as the one submitted has already been expired. shall I upload it through the portal or I should wait for IRCC to ask for it. Has any one been asked for an up to date pcc in recent days.
