Hi Sept 2021 folks, applying for my wife, I have a question on physical presence calculation, "It says: Do you have Canadian temporary resident status (i.e. as a visitor, international student, temporary worker, temporary resident permit holder)" before landing? My wife actually did have visitor visa, but was not physically present in Canada immediately before landing as an PR. What do I answer in this case? YES she did or she did not?

Did anyone scan their entire passport pages for online application, I held 2 passports during my 5 year eligibility period. Do I need to just upload the bio page or all pages of these passports.

You need to scan all of the pages including blank pages in colour.

Once you select the visitor as an option e.g. you have to enter a start date and an end date.
Now in your scenario, your wife had a visitor visa but she was never in Canada, until she got PR and arrived in Canada.
So in that case imho you should answer it as NO
