My question is for online applicants. In what format the documents should be uploaded. I saw the photograph has to be jpg. what about other documents. Is it required to upload the receipt as well as the back of the physical photo with stamp and date to confirm the authenticity of the photo ?

Hello, just submitted the paper application by mail. i want to ask how we would receive the AOR confirmation ? by mail or by email ? and what exactly it says ?

I'm a paper applicant too and had applied in June.

I received my AOR in September on email from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca
with the subject line: "Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Information about ***** Correspondence Id: *****"

The email had an attachment with all the necessary information.

Just submitted my application last night, Sep. 20. Had 1,232 physical presence days, 992 as a PR, 240 as a TR. A lot of entries for TR presence and PR absences. I had my entry/exit logs from both the US and Canadian borders to go off of, but worried I may have missed a couple or the sheer number of entries will just overall delay things.

Does anyone know if folks who process applications go through every TR presence days and PR absences?

Hello. Thank you for the reply. Would be grateful if you could tell about the receipt of the photographer as well uploading back of the physical photo with stamp and date. I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything.

For photo it's jpg, I just uploaded what the photographer gave to me without having to change anything. They also gave me a receipt and a paper with the store name and date it was taken, I scanned and uploaded them together in additional document section. Other documents are pdf files. Hope it helps!

Usually 10 days is a safe bet which most people prefer. But of course, the more the number of days above 1095, the better.

No one can say for certain, lots of unknown and one never know what priority could be in future.
