Have you gotten the oath invite yet?
If not, you should try sending another email. Winnipeg is processing a lot of Sep 2021 - Feb 2022 applicants oaths even from other provinces.
Since you applied in Sep 2021 and your home office is Winnipeg itself, you should try if you don't have the invite yet.

Oath is "In Progress" since Oct 28th. and it is Scheduled for Dec 1st, 2022. Does anyone know when would we receive the email with instructions and Invitation?
Also are all the ceremonies online these days or there are chances of getting physical ones too?

Generally a week before the ceremony. Some physical ones are also happening but it's rare. Mostly online.
If someone can also please update the tracker: I received an Oath date of November 22, however have no instructions letter for this.
I currently live outside of Canada so will need to travel into the country to take the Oath? (Regardless of whether it is in-person or online).
Questions:
- Can I contact IRCC and request a later Oath Date?
- If yes, what are the grounds of this request that I must demonstrate?
- Does anyone have experience in getting their Oath date postponed?
- How much further back do they push out the Oath date?

I'm also in the same situation, I currently live outside of Canada and will be flying in to take the oath.
Were you scheduled for an interview with an official? Before that I had been asked to submit my I-94 entry/exit records.
I have an interview scheduled, then oath ceremony scheduled a week later Nov 23rd but no instructions.

I received an email regarding the oath ceremony to be on Nov 10th but as i was travelling i emailed them they rescheduled and replied in 2 days with a new date to Be Dec 1st.
