It has been 4 months since my citizenship test status changed to "Completed". After that, there is no update on my citizenship application. Within 2 weeks it will be 1 year of my citizenship application. As per recent posts, there is nothing we can do except waiting which is very frustrating. Is there any way to contact Scarborough office?

To my understanding, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, Presence, Language, and Prohibitions are managed by the primary IRCC location (for example Sydney) and then once they mark that as completed, they will send your application back to your local office (Scarborough) for Oath processing.

Does anyone know if that is correct?

Congrats! Sounds like Niagara Falls is finally moving with oaths. I just got the invitation email (actually 3 identical copies!) yesterday for September 14, and I'm also in Ottawa but processed by Niagara Falls. Let's also keep in touch in the Ottawa Applicants thread with oath and post-oath updates like passport application. I hope the local Service Canadas processing passport applications will free up in the fall as they currently have no appointments available for the next 2 months it seems.
