just emailed IRCC my scanned passports. curious to know when there'll be some movement in my tracker. BG and Test completed

I just got the request to email my scanned passports. Do you know the reason they ask for this? I provided in my online application.

yup but i used the email from the letter.

Yes, make sure to save file as requested and change the subject line to your (application number-last name ) when you reply

ha, 2 weeks ago there was some glitch in the IRCC system and I was requested twice to take the citizenship test. it is marked completed in my tracker but I got an email from IRCC West to take the exam nonetheless. sent them an email but no response. the error in my tracker has not been corrected but I got a request for my scanned passports

Congratulations.
It was same for me while I did my test. After 1-2 days I received one email from them and I submit my scanned photo I’d by replaying same email address. After that email it took 5-7 days to update Test completed status.

Hi there. Just thought I would join this group, since I am not hearing anything from CIC and getting frustrated .

I have not received any updates since November 2021. Online it says, last updated: 8 April 2022 but everything is still showing " in progress".

I thought I missed an e-mail from them, until I read the above posts.

Hopping it will be processed within the 12 months.

Same timeline. I would suggest you call CIC or send a webform. I did both and things started to move pretty quickly. I don't know if it made a difference but worth trying.
