is anyone experiencing issues with their tracker? I received an email invite for oath last week and since then my tracker isn't working (just loading and loading but nothing shows up)

I had the same issue until the Oath day. I was able to login after my oath.

Same here. No email from ircc. I emailed them to ask whats going on but no answer

The Canada post stamp was on the envelope. In the stamp, you can see the post date too.

I think it’s a glitch. You can call IRCC, they can definitely help you with that.

They sent me the instructions to attend the ceremony today!! I was thinking it’s a glitch too. Today they sent the complete instructions

Don't worry. Everything will be fine. Call IRCC and inform them about the new oath ceremony, also ask them if your certificate was mailed or not.

My Oath is scheduled for 1st Dec. I haven't received any email letter yet. Do you know by when I should be getting one and if not received then where should I contact them?

You will likely get it by this Friday, November 18. Going by the pattern I've seen here and my own personal experience, you should get the email exactly 2 weeks before your oath date.

If your oath schedule is near by, you could try checking a day or two after oath. It seems to have been restored for folks after oath.

Thanks! What’s the processing time for the citizenship certificate? We have travel plans for Dec 23 and the oath ceremony is on Nov 23. Is that enough time to get the passport in hand?
