I called Ircc today. Agent was super rude and when I asked to know about my application's information regarding visa office and information sharing he is like why you need it .. I am like before whenI called i got that info he is like how does it gonna help you so I told him not to tell just let me know about the background he said criminality is in progress and security is not started yet eligibility was passed before in december he didn't tell me this but agent before told. Aor is sept 4 2021.

In the beginning they're all rude but then they always try to calm down 30 seconds after and then they will tell u about the stages that paased; for example on my own interface nothing passed except medical but on his end he told everything passed except background check and final decision

Honestly I never bothered about knowing my visa office...
