No it will not be returned if you provide a proper LOE which explains clearly why you weren't able to provide an NOA and will be able to do so next year etc. etc. I believe you have done the right thing by submitting follow-up documents, which should suffice. What you say ? File will be returned ?
Yeah..we provided financial docs and explanation. Sponsor just got a job so i update her offer letter and pay slips to ircc as well. When you submit your application, if you did not provide NOA, it is written in the checklist that you should provide a letter of explanation on why no NOA is available and show other financial proof that you can support your spouse. There are quite a number of sponsors who just moved to Canada and got a job and are sponsoring their spouses and do not have NOA as they have not filed taxes in Canada yet.
Hang in there. IRCC is awful, I totally agree this system is ridiculous especially with Dec applicants getting AOR. You’re stronger than you think. Focus on what you can control - years from now you will be happy in Canada with your spouse and memories of this all will have faded. You will go through this!!I don't know what's wrong with IRCC m in depression because of their poor working system. I don't have any ray of hope in my life
If you really want to single out one organization that has been impacted the worst in the world due to COVID-19, you should do a case study of IRCC.I don't know what's wrong with IRCC m in depression because of their poor working system. I don't have any ray of hope in my life
