what does one do when the call centre agent say they do not show that the PP have been attached to an applicant's file? Resend?

Call center doesnt have access to individual office's email. Also i think that local office doesnt attach to the file/update gcms. But emails are being received but it takes time to process by local office.
Resending email/Resubmitting webform is going to confuse more and delay all of the applications due to work load increase.
 
@scappa => Could you please provide your test window, the date you received the test email and date you took the test (if you've already taken the test) and the date when test status was set to "Completed", thanks!
 
Was eligible for the test yesterday. Was initially going to wait and REALLY study for the maximum time but decided today that I know most of this.

The test took me 9 minutes, I got 19/20.

Pretty nervous. Not gonna lie.

I have been away from the forum for a while. I am now over a year and have no update. Doesn't look like there has been many updates for September applicants according to the spreadsheet.
