Yes. I have seen it happen on a Saturday before (my friend's ceremony). This is the first time I'm seeing an oath ceremony on a Sunday.

AFAIK, they do respond to all webforms as long as the question / request in there makes sense but they take their time. A week to 2 weeks I would say.
