Oh my god! you are a genius. i am so glad I found this forum. This is what I got:

Citizenship
  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 14, 2020.
  2. We started processing your application on February 15, 2021.
Does this mean that my AOR got lost but my application is still in process right?

Yes..
Your application is in process now.

Thank you so much! Would I need the AOR for anything in the future?
You are welcome.
Apparently no but its better to have your application number. Call IRCC tomorrow and they will give you the application number.

Prohibition check means if one is qualified for citizenship? Is it done at the secondary office, if ones file is in transit what does that mean but prohibition check not started yet? Could anyone please shed some light on this

You can call IRCC on 888-242-2100 and ask them to provide you the application number (use menu options 1-1-4-1)

In Transit is the stage when file is assigned to local office and this stage ends when your file is assigned to an officer in your local office.
Prohibitions checks come under eligibility checks which are always completed by the local office and not by centralized office.

Your file is test ready only when it is received by your local office and an officer is assigned to it and also background checks (criminality & security checks) are completed.

Hope this helps.

Hello, Not sure how this works. So putting in my details here. I am one of the unlucky ones who has not received even an AOR yet. Please update the spreadsheet with this info:

Application Delivered: Sept 14, 2020
Physical presence days: 1,128
Location: Toronto
App type: Single
Created a record for you on the September 2020 sheet. Link is in my signature.
