There is no definitive timeline. When was your test completed? Expect a decision to be made around 6 months from the test.
No Real time line to be honest - you were asked a 2nd FP request - which means the previous one expired and they either didn't get everything sorted out in one year time or they just want to update the file for next step. Did you get a Test Request ?
yes, I already cleared the test on 7 Dec2021. This was my second FP request, the first one was on Mar 2021. Background check has now been set to complete again.
Oh ! Def good sign - as per some of the threads 4-6 months after test for oath , but could be earlier than that ! Keep us posted
This is pretty depressing, ever since DM on Sept 28, 2021, things have been very silent to date. I just bumped into a parent of one of the kids from my son's daycare, he told me he'd received an oath invite for next week. He applied in June last year, took the test in Dec 2021 and for him the process turns out to last less than a year.
Not that I need citizenship badly right now because I don't have plans to travel any time soon, but it's one of those things that makes you feel like you can't go on to the next action item because it's incomplete and that you want to get out of the way.

Have you poked ircc in any way?
Send an email to the address that sent you the test invite and explain your status, basically that you have seen no update after DM for 6 months now.
They should find you a spot in the next oath ceremony.
My brother was in a similar situation like yours; basically he got DM somewhere in 2021 and then nothing at all for about 6 months.
He then wrote an email to the test invite email address, and they scheduled his oath this March.
From reading posts in this forum, it seems that they do respond to the test email. It works better than the webform. Good luck!
