Any idea why there are #REF errors on the Processing Time Comparison page as well as the September page? I tried to correct the formula, but I don't have edit permission. Can an administrator or an owner please make the correction?

I understand it means that the initial check of the application shows that is complete and processing can begin. In most cases, this means that the application will progress to the test invitation. It could be possible that they need additional information, in which case they will contact you .

It means the file is complete. But does not mean they do not need any further papers. While they are verifying the application, they may require additional documentation to arrive at final decision (In some cases, they may need to verify physical presence in which case additional documents will be requested).
