Call center wont know who called you as mostly its come from their private number or at least i dont see that the office is deligiently putting the notes on reaching out to you(or if there is any policy to put notes of this kind). THey will email or call back or expedite your process if they have accepted your request. But this cant be denial reason.I got a call from an Anonymous number yesterday but I can't take it, and they didn't leave a voicemail. I am trying to call IRCC but I Can't get through as they have a high number of calls.
My question is: Could I have been accepted for urgent processing but since I didn't answer their call, the urgent processing would be denied? And should I keep trying calling them back on 1-888-242-2100 or they wouldn't know about it since they are not my local office?
But you can do one thing now is to call the call center and ask if your emergency request is accepted or not(they can find it notes if they see any).
I heard that calling at 8am sharp gets through the call or in off peak hours(not sure which time that would be).
