I changed my address last week via the web form and they responded with a confirmation of sorts today



My background has been completed since start of March. No signs of test invite. Sigh,

What happens if someone moved but didn't change the address in the application?

The citizenship certificate will be sent to the old address, I think. If you have someone in the old address that is trustworthy and can keep the certificate safely until you can collect it, you should be good.

Yes, the "In Progress" for the other sections is the norm. Timelines vary greatly and we don't have enough data for September to make a meaningful prediction. I'd say give it 3 months from the date when test is set to "Completed" as a minimum (Might take 3 to 5 months for oath). The next step in your application would be "Decision Made" (this is when Language, Physical Presence and Prohibitions will be set to "Completed").

Me and my wife got passports page request. My son who is a minor didn’t get any request. Just wondering if it is normal or not..I think it’s normal as he doesn’t need the physical presence calculator. But still want to confirm from others

Same case here. The wife and I were asked for passports and our son was not. He is under 18, and applied along with me.
