Got 1&2 response after 20 days, 3rd response after 7 days, 4th response after 3 days

Oh 20 days is quite long time... But I wonder that there is no acknowledgment / receipt we get after we submit the web form.. I mean how to track and do we receive responses from their end on our email id which we share with them?
