I guess criminality might be passed and security hasn't started. Is your VO Ottawa too. Thanks.Yes I did early november
Yes Ottawa too, I am still waiting, specially for eligibility thoI guess criminality might be passed and security hasn't started. Is your VO Ottawa too. Thanks.
I used the instructions that were posted here before and a automated message tells me the status that I can also see in my profile. At the end I can press 0 to be transferred to an agent but then it tells me that they're receiving a high number of calls right now and are unable to transfer me. Called them several times and was never able to be transferred. What options did you choose
May be try again and see if you get to the agent. As it took me around 19 mins to get to themI used the instructions that were posted here before and a automated message tells me the status that I can also see in my profile. Medical: Passed
Security: Not started.
(AOR: Sep 30)
(Biometrics: Nov 24)
lol same boat then. VO is CPC- Ottawa security not started and elibility not started too. AOR 5th September 2020Ottawa
It looks good. You could have also added a LoE to explain it.CEC Inland with Dependent Outland
September 19, 2020 AOR
November 3, 2020 - Biometrics and Medicals passed for me, BIL for spouse in India
November 3, 2020 - IMM 5406 Additional Document form requested
November 4, 2020 - IMM 5406 Submitted, under review right now
I had two different employers during my 1 year experience.
1st Employer - I submitted Work Reference Letter and T4 - Work Reference Letter from Manpower Agency which paid me
2nd Employer - I submitted Offer Letter, Work Reference Letter, T4 and 4 Pay Stubs (Both Work Reference lists everything needed as per IRCC )
For the 1st Employer - I was employed through Manpower at a client company and Manpower was the one who paid me. So I put Manpower address in the company name and Work Reference Letter was issued by Manpower with Pay rate, number of hours, duties and NOC Code etc is mentioned as per IRCC in the letter. It should be ok right? @legalfalcon
Thank you
I didnt add LoE. Should I raise a webform or it should be ok?It looks good. You could have also added a LoE to explain it.
Thanks will do! Just realized we have the exact same timeline, same ITA, AOR, same dates for medicals passed and biometrics. Mind me asking where you're based? Do you know how they distribute the applications to the different vo's?May be try again and see if you get to the agent. As it took me around 19 mins to get to them
@legalfalcon
I spoke to the CIC agent on a call and she told me following status:
Eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
I tried asking her if the eligibility was passed by case analyst or a case officer. She said that they don’t have access to such details and can only tell that it is passed.
Further, my biometrics are still pending due to VFS restrictions in India. Does that mean my Criminality will remain in progress till my biometrics are done? Please guide.
Would also appreciate your valuable inputs on the overall progress of my file. My AOR is 22nd Sept 2020.
