I just want to share that I have finally received the COPR in my profile. There was no email sent or ghost updates, as always I was just checking my application status hourly and saw that it has changed to Approved.

CEC Inland 1 Dependent Spouse
AOR Sept 23
Medical Passed Nov 6
Biometrics given Jan 2020
ADR Feb 23
ADR Submitted Feb 25
ADR Status Not Applicable March 6
ADR Email Acknowledgement March 11
COPR March 16

VO: Unknown, but probably Ottawa or Etobicoke coz I live in Toronto. I didn’t order GCMS or asked the Call Centre Agent when I called regarding status.

I dreamt last night that someone was handing me my PR card and I knew it was God telling me “The long wait is over, be still and know that I am God”. This morning, we got our Confirmation of Permanent Residence. To everyone who are still waiting, I’d like to encourage you to not lose hope and pray without ceasing. Your good news is on its way. All the best to everyone!
Hey Buddy , Great news , Congratulations on your COPR!! I am wondering , is your dependent is inland as well or outside Canada? I have similar profile with dependent in India and got my AOR September 22 , Biometrics completed December 11 .

I heard that they place files on hold when dependents are outland.

@legalfalcon

Hi everyone need some advice, me & my husband have a September 24th AOR, CEC Inland applicants and the last time we called IRCC, they said everything is passed and only the final decision is pending.

We might need to travel back home (India) soon and are wondering if it’s a good idea to go back before our COPR. My husband is currently on his post graduate open work permit and I’m on my bridging work permit, he has a valid travel document but mine is expired, would it be a good idea for me to apply for a travel document and go back home before getting our COPR?
Please advise.

TIA
Hey guys, can anyone help me out here?

My spouse and I are both inland. Don’t worry your COPR is coming soon!

Hi,
Does anyone know how long it takes to get the PPR after the application is approved on the cic portal? And how long they take to send the COPR after the PPR?

Hi @legalfalcon is it true that if the primary applicant is inland and dependent is an outlander then, are the files kept on hold?
No, however, the procedure is different and IRCC has to issue a COPR to the land PA before a COPR can be issued to the family. Currently there is nothing published as such. But given the trends, it is highly likely that IRCC is not encouraging anyone outside Canada to land.

Hi anyone here who can enlighten me about the process of my application, I am PNP-EE. My AOR-September 11, 2020 and Estimated completion date is March 11, 2021 status bar in my account shows 100% but I haven't received RPRF request yet from IRCC.

Details about my application status:
*Review of eligibility - we are reviewing wether you meet the eligibility requirements.
*Review of medical results - October 23 you passed the medical exam
*Review of additional documents - we do not need additional documents
*Interview - you do not need an interview.
*Biometrics - we do not need your fingerprints
*Background check - we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information
*Final decision - your application is in progress. We will send you a message once final decision has been made.

Is it because they are still reviewing my eligibility why I haven't received RPRF? Most people I know received their RPRF on the 3rd or 4th month and I am really getting worried
