September 2019 PR inland: never able to bring my goods from US

Hello. I landed September 2019 and had planned to bring some of my belongings from US back to Canada in 2020.
COVID stopped that plan and I have not been in US since 2019 Xmas trip by plane.
Can I still bring belongings in 2021 without paying tax/duty?

Yes, you can still bring your belongings now. I hope you had the GTF list that you filled during your landing. So, BSF186 AND BSF186A forms should be fine when you move now.

If you have already moved permanently to Canada i do not think you can bring your goods now, and also they would ask you for GTF list that was stamped initially. You can still try calling border and checking with Cbsa folks.
