hi Everyone,

My application is being processed at VO New Delhi , India . As seen below, my application was received on 03Sept2019, moved to VO on 22Nov2019.
Since then the status remains the same.

Is there anyone whose application is being processed at VO New Delhi , India with the same time frame and have received a Decision Made / PPR ?

Please share any insights

  2. We started processing your application on November 22, 2019.
  3. We sent you medical instructions on October 29, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

My application was received the same day as yours, Biometrics completed on November 18th- and then moved to the Mexico City VO, my husband also hasnt received a medical request. I was reading that they do not send medical requests if you defer the PR $450, I'm paying mine tomorrow, I'm convinced that is why!
Not really because we didn’t pay the PR fee upfront. We then got a payment request from CIC about 2 months after they received our app. We are June applicants. However, Mexico is reallly slow. Be prepared to wait long maybe even go pass the 12 month mark. People from 2018 are still waiting. Medical and biometrics we’re done before our file was transferred to Mexico on October 23rd 2019. Check out the Mexico forum

Today I used the webform and enquired regarding the receipt of the file which was moved to LVO on January 13, 2020 as apprised by CPC Sydney. After passing 64 days, AoR2 hasn't been received. In response of the enquiry, LVO replied which is reproduced below:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Once your file is received by our office, an acknowledgement letter will be sen to you. Your application will then be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Kind regards,

I am confused either they didn't open my application yet or they didn't receive it. Can anyone tell me what does it mean?

This is a "don't bother us" letter. Given the timing it's likely they have received and haven't opened yet. Not all offices send AOR2 letter, or at least not consistently.
