I'm a Canadian citizen sponsoring my Russian wife. We're living together here in Russia.

Our application was received in Sydney on September 19, 2019. We got AOR 1 on October 26, 2019.

Our application was transferred to Warsaw VO (AOR2) on March 16, 2020.

We got Decision Made status in ECAS and received our pre-arrival letter on July 28, 2020, but we haven't received a Decision Made letter. Also, the IRCC application status page still says "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you." and the Final Decision status still says "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." Shouldn't it say approved?

Is this normal?

Yes it is. It will be updated once you get PPR.

Hello everyone, I will land next month. So, shall I send an email & inform CBSA regarding my travel?
Indeed, I heard that immediate family members can travel with no issues but should I prove it during check-in process at the airport? Any information is appreciated.

You will not get a letter saying DM, only appears on ECAS. Hopefully you will hear more shortly.

If your COPR is valid you are good to go, no need to inform anybody. Have a copy of your isolation plan, location, contact number etc. just in case they ask for it. You ask about family members, is somebody else traveling with you?

Thank you for your useful information. No, I will travel alone so based on your words, I should write an isolation plan including my location & contact number that address my quarantine's plan.

That is what I suggest, might not be necessary, not every airline is following the same procedures, but you need that info to provide to Canada customs and CBSA when you land in Canada anyways so just keep it handy with your other docs.
