September 2019 Intake

I have applied for visa through vfs on 26th march 2019 and since then i have got only three updates as of now..

March 27th 2:40 pm--> Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXX The envelope for the decision on the results of your visa that has been processed has been received at the Canadian Visa Application Center at BangaloreOC, on the date. We will then send this to the Canadian Visa Application Center BangaloreOC

March 27th 2:53 pm -->Visa application, tracking ID No XXXXX has been received at the BangaloreOC VAC on 2019-03-27 09:23:30 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the IRCC Office in BangaloreOC ,for processing

March 27th 3:53pm --> Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXX is under process at the IRCC Office.

After 27th i have not got any udpate and its been 10 days since then..Not quite sure if this is normal as i applied under SDS and the current processing time mentioned in the https://www.canada.ca is 2 weeks..

Anybody else on the same boat..

Hi friends,

My first application for January 2019 intake got rejected
Refusal letter- purpose of visit
Caips notes- lack of travel history, considering my academic and employment history not sure why pursuing the course at this point of time in Canada etc
Course enrolled- Diploma in network administration ( oxford college Ontario)

My profile
10th- 80% (2006)
12th- 74% (2008)
Btech computer sc- 60% (2012, had 15 backlogs all cleared)
I have been working from 2013-present (no gap) total almost 6 years of total work experience in IT operations and business support


After the rejection, I changed my consultant and my course. My new consultant advised me to apply in less popular provinces with comparatively low population.

I applied and got an offer from Saskatchewan Polytechnic for one year PG program in IT for sept intake and my agent said my chances are favourable than in Ontario. The course covers all the topics relevant to my UG course and my work experience. Paid one year fee, GIC, IELTS, funds, work experience,itr and other supporting documents. Then my agent prepared a strong Sop for me which mainly focusses on course, contents, Canada, future goals etc

IELTS Score - L-8.5, R-7.5, W-7.5, S-7.5

Applied for visa online on May 23rd..What are my chances? I am so worried
