Just check online at the college websites. When its open just apply asap with all the required documents.

My advice is to submit your application at least 1.5 months before the deadline. Each program has different deadline dates. Also, if you want to be considered for funding, make sure to submit early enough.

Acceptance from what ive read so far usually takes 2-3 months. The early you begin the better. Visa processing takes some time as well.. so you want to make sure you dont miss your potential travel date.
