I feel like this is the million dollar question since 1) most Inland applicants haven't been out of Canada in 12+ months, and 2) the holidays are coming up and many of us will want to go visit our home countries before our PR cards come.

It seems like you need a Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) to re-enter Canada if you don't have your PR card yet (dependent on method of travel): https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=064&top=10

No you cannot travel on CoPR . You need valid pr card.

hello! I got a request for additional documents to proof cohabitation on August 13th, sent them on August 17th and got AIP on August 26th. Hope this helps.

I provided a bunch of new bank documents from both, paystubs from work, tax forms, my previous work permits that show the address and some private insurance (benefits) receipts, also some receipts of furniture and amazon stuff sent to our address. Literally everything I could find!

If anyone is curious - I mailed my PR photos and the letter in just under a month ago and linked the "application" to my account. Today I checked and it said "Application/profile updated" so I think I'll get confirmation soon and then hopefully mailed out in due time. I'm in Vancouver.

I know there are a couple of people in the October 2019 Inland thread that are in your position as well; they've been waiting several weeks for feedback or approval on extra proof of relationship/cohabitation they sent over. It could be the agent that is handling your cases is moving slower than others, or that they are waiting on something like a BGC to be completed before giving you the news.

Have you tried calling or sending a Webform since it's been a month?

Hi guys, about linking the PR card to CGKey... How can we know that they received the picture? My status says "Submitted" and when I click on it, says "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

I guess you just have to assume that the picture was received along with the COPR letter, unless they send you a message stating differently.

I have received my CoPR today. I am planning to apply for the permanent SIN number. I have a Temporary SIN number starting with 9. I am confused about the application type. Should I choose Change of Status as an application type?

You can select “change of status”. I received my new SIN within 8 days.
