Just checked GCKEY now and it shows my application is complete!

They asked my current status in Canada, and my address.. I got the email at 10.15am this morning and replied almost straight away... and just checked GCKEY now and it shows I’m approved! Just waiting for the COPR document!
Congratulations! I dont have my account linked to the GCKEY. I was wondering was the email sent to you from etobicoke landing email?

Just received a call from a very nice lady in IRCC telling me that the application for my wife has been approved.

Received two different communications, one confirming my elegibility as sponsor and one letter in the CIC account stating that my wife has met the elegibility requirements.

With that said, what happens next? The lady I spoke to told me she doesn't know how long it will take for my wife to receive the official COPR communication. We had already paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fee.

Our AOR is September 6th.

An update on this, we received the COPR 10 minutes ago, 2 hours after AIP and SA.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! :)

Are you on the spreadsheet?

Do you mind adding my details to the spreadsheet? I only have access to my cell phone here with me.

I have my status complete on the online tool and that i became a permanent resident on July 24th. So we both have the same timeline and email sent to us. So now just waiting for the COPR document. Do you know what happens next ?

The COPR document will guide us, I think we will have to send new pictures for our PR card. But we can use the COPR document to apply for a SIN number or Permanent SIN number if you already have one, and OHIP or equivalent depending on your province. This is just my understanding from posts I have already read!

Yah i think we have to send our photos for the PR i hope we receive it soon, cause i was reading august 2019 inland there are some who got approved but theyre still waiting for the COPR. And regarding OHIP, you can apply for it when you receive the eligibilty email and you meet the requirements of applying for an OHIP (you can see it on the heath service website, which then you will get it immidietly without waiting for 3 months) , thats what i did it is valid for one year cause they need to see the PR so they told me once you receive your PR just change your status so OHIP can change it for you to a permenant resident and the validity would change.

So happy for the applicant from September 16 who got AIP and SA on Friday 24 :)...

That said...

Wish it was me :( :( :(
