You can apply under "Privacy Act" at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp
Follow the instructions and you will receive your notes in 26-30 days.
Most of the applicants from September have got their OWPs by December within the 4 month processing time.
Thank you so much, I just sent in my request and paid the 5$ fee, my application seems to be running smoothly and within the same timeline as the others but I would still like to get as much information of how the process works, thanks again for your help!
Depends on each case, however based on the spread sheet(July& Aug) the average time is 30-45 days.
you cannot choose a date and place for your interview, IRCC will do it for you. But you can request a reschedule if you cannot make to the appointment on that date (still you won't be able to pick a specific date).Does anyone have idea if we can choose the landing interview date? My wife(Sponsor) will be out of the country for 2 weeks in the Month of April. I am just worried, what if I get the interview date, when she is away.
