Congratulations!

May I ask what date your OWP app was received?

@Megan B, I'd be surprised if this can be answered. In my experience and based on what I've seen from others, the OWP Date Received is normally displayed incorrectly as a date one week earlier than the date the sponsorship application was received. Don't know the cause of this.

Thanks for your reply! My own OWP Date Received is also back-dated a week, which is why I was curious :p but I guess I should have specified that I was wondering what date @zjjlihai was seeing in their profile, even if it’s the incorrect one!

Congrats!!! The wait is over. Good hunting. :):):)

Don't forget to update the spreadsheet. :D
I second that please update the spreadsheet because people like me check it constantly to see where things are at. As I resubmitted OWP in Sept I hope that my OWP will be going through this or next week too. They were swift with August

A quick question, I had applied for my visit visa extension as well, just in case if something didn't go well. Now, the OWP being approved should I withdraw that or just leave that? Suggestions please.

From my research, "Revenues can be refunded when an applicant requests the withdrawal of the application before the application has been processed."

Thanks a lot for the references.

Sure, I will update.

In theory it is valid from the moment it is issued so that means approved. But you will need the paper to get your SIN to be able to work. So you most likely will have to wait

This is a good question. How long do you think it will take to get the Sin number? What is the procedure if anyone knows?

I got CSQ invitation last Thursday on the 15th. Application sent 11th of September and AOR received 5th of November.
Thanks. I wanted to get a idea how long after AOR you get CSQ invitation as it’s not in the September tab of the spreadsheet
