GTA seems to have fallen through the cracks of the lockdown, I don't recall seeing any Toronto or GTA invitees.
What would be your position if you have applied in September 2019 and in need to travel overseas for minimum 3 months.
I mean is it possible that to ask for a different test date if you you are expecting to receive the invitation anytime?

...Or you take the date and fly back and do the test within Canada, depending on your flexibility...

I received CIT-0520 to provide colour photocopies of my passports.
Nothing for a test invite or interview.

Verification is a good step as next step is test invite. Nowadays its soon, unlike earlier. Will see.
I could not see the form online but through some other site, this form expects passports, rental agreement, employment records, tax papers, health claim summary, entry exit records. Were you asked for all these documents or just the passport copy?

The item to provide all passports was checked including item "Other" where the first item was just repeated in plain English.

I got gcms note and it says test ready, the call center also confirmed it, just don't know when the test will be
