It means CIC did not open your application yet. Not everyone from Sept got AOR yet. So wait for a few more days. You can use Client ID to search. There are many other options available as well.

Wait till Monday. Almost sure yours will be there. Tuesday at the latest. Imagine an officer opening up your package working through one application and then it is the end of the day... Just be patient. Family submissions are worked on together if there was a problem with yours then your husband wouldn't have got his AoR

I believe Client ID is the same 8 digits number on the PR card, right?
Does it mean if you have AOR, you will get the email for sure regardless whether you checked your application status online or not?

yes Client ID is PR number.
the email is not as important as being able to access ecas, so if you can access ecas you can call CIC and ask them to send aor if you haven't received it.

Yes you will receive an email first from IRCC, your status online will not change till the day after or so.
My application was delviered on the 12th and I'm still waiting for AOR. When I called last week to CIC last week, the message said that they review the apllication up to September 22th. I stayed on the phone and later on the agent told me to wait until january. My applicaiton is not in the system yet, all my old information was there from when I got my PR. I always check on the system just in case, but nothing so far. And they probably shut down the operations until january 6th.
Received AOR today.

Just received the email from CIC for AOR, but tried even with the application number provided and also the UCI number on PR card, still can not find my application and check the status from here:
