Just received an update on my account and there is a new message with the subject "Information letter" and below message:

The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa.
If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, you must inform IRCC immediately via the IRCC Web form with details concerning your situation.

Step 1 - update your application if any changes
Step 2 - determine if you need to submit your passport
Step 3 - prepare required documents
Step 4 - submit required documents

Print and submit Annex A.

Can someone please tell if this is the PPR?
Thanks for your help in advance

Hello All, in my case:
AOR - Sep 22
Medical results - Oct 11 passed
Biometrics - Oct 19 completed
5-6 days before there were 2 unusual updates -
1. Review of additional documents changed to - 'Not applicable'
2. Ghost update (nothing actually changed in the profile though)
The status bar shows 'Estimated remaining processing time' - 10 weeks (Completion date - Mar 22 2020)
All the experts here, how much time will it take? What could be going on?
Thanks in advance!

Best

Hi after researching for a bit I think that your experience can be used it will count as 1 year experience as long as you have the pay stubs and everything for those 2 years... @legalfalcon can you please provide some inputs here ?
See entire Question here below:

Urgent Help,

While I was doing my Masters in the USA, I was employed on campus as a Graduate Assistant for the department of Electrical engineering, BUT my jobs and responsibilities were more of installing, operating, repairings and maintaining some lab computers, photocopiers and also printers.

Even though my job title was a graduate assistant, my job was more of repairing, fixing and maintaining electronic equipment in the lab.
In fact, I did this work for the department for 2 years (Part-time, 20hrs/wk)
My question now is that can I claim the NOC 2242?
NOC 2242 – Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment)

Yes any work experience that was done while you were enrolled as a student can be counted towards claiming points for the work experience if it was done outside Canada, and your education was outside Canada.

However, the job duties of your work should substantially match with the JDs of the NOC selected.

Hello Everyone, I need any feedback on the following. I emailed CPC Ottawa after learning my filed had been transferred to them and below is the response I got. Anyone ever experienced this?

Please note that your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Few post ago @going2CA has written a detailed post about that please refer to it
Hi, I followed the steps. They asked for two things - application number and year of birth. When I entered and confirmed this info, the automated line said - 'Using the info you have provided, we are unable to find your application'.
Also, the call center was closed when I called. They said 8AM-4PM local time.
What's the best time to call them?
