With PPRs raining in August AOR thread and some of Sept ones getting PPR.. January and February would be our time Sept people :D

Lucky you. Mine still says it's being reviewed. It means PPR is very close.
Congratulations in advance

Thanks for saying so.

In a way this is good, because I can get the visa and know by when to get into Canada. It will allow me to quit my job/serve notice period or request that they consider transferring me to their Canada office. Helps in buying a flight ticket at a slightly more reasonable price. Gives me time to wind down affairs here, spend time with family and friends and then find somebody's house in Canada to crash at for a week or two post the initial landing etc etc.

Oh god, I've come this far, but I'm already hyperventilating thinking at the thought.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require:
1) Passports

  • VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. Contact VFS in India (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india) or in Nepal (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nepal) and pay the requisite fees for the Passport Transmission Services . A separate envelope is required for each passport.

  • Please take this letter and present it to VFS for the purchase of the secure Passport Transmission Service. VFS will send your passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in a secure envelope. You will then be advised by VFS when your passport has been returned and is ready to be picked up.

  • Please note that permanent resident visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or Military passports.
  • There must be at least two blank pages in each passport.
  • We are unable to issue a visa beyond the expiry date in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months.

2) Photographs

Please provide two (2) recent photographs along with your passports for yourself and each accompanying dependent. For instructions on photo requirements and specifications, see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

And more...

Hello,
AOR - 12th September'19
MED - 4th October'19

After MED, I didn't receive anything for biometrics and status under biometric is "We do not need your fingerprints."
Is this normal?
I haven't uploaded Canadian PCC

If you have applied under Canadian Experience Class (CEC), from within Canada, you wouldn't be asked for prints.

Hii guys..i have a question..i submitted my application in september 2019.I called cic for three times and i told this thing to my consultant and he is saying that its not right to call cic as everytime you call it gt added into your record. But i don’t find anything wrong in it because cic has given us a option to check the status of our application by calling their agents. Can anyone tell if its wrong or right?
