Hopefully that is what it means. I ordered gcms notes in September and it said I passed everything but no additional comments. When I raised webform, I got generic reply. Fingers crossed.

Congratulation!!! That's great news!!! wish you a wonderful life in Canada. Does your latest GCMS note show that your file was "approved"?
