@legalfalcon ...My husband have work experience of more than 6 years.one of his employer is not willing to provide reference letter where he worked for 7 months. So we submitted the application with out reference letter of that particular organization. What are the other documents we can provide?
We have submitted appointment letter and confirmation letter of that organization.
We get a letter from his colleagues stating his job duties in that oraganization and also have scan copy of his colleagues' employee ID as a proof of his employment but this is only on blank A4 size paper.
Is it fine if u submit this letter in webform or affidavit is compulsory?
Is there any other way I can mitigate this issue?
