I have applied on 27 April online under spp my review of eligibility started on 11 may and medical passed since then no response

I didn't use this address anywhere , i did the wire transfer using ICICI BANK vut in the form there was no field where i had to enter this "SEND INSTRUCTIONS TO" address. I am really worried. What does it mean? I have put all other information correctly.

Hey guys , I received an offer letter from st clair college, windsor for the data analytics program. I'm about to apply for my visa.

would the backlog history be an issue for getting the visa???

You don't have an issue but is good if cleared, your IELTS is good and will surely improve your chances from the academic perspective, just try to put up a good supporting documents for your application
Hi, i hav applied for study permit second time under general category on 21st May at Bangalore VFS office. It’s been a week since my status changed to “we are reviewing if you meet eligibility requirements.”, you passed the medical exam.
Can anyone say how long it will take for final decision? It is showing 7 weeks as processing time.

When I track on VFS website it says ' Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 11/06/2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre and is ready for collection. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website '
Does it mean that my visa is approved or it can be rejection also , I applied offline.
