Hello! For the manager's check, you can request it to your bank (or your branch of account) I requested mine to BDO, because I have an account there. VFS requires manager's check to those who will send their passports via courier. Nope, Hindi mo sya makukuha sa courier, thru bank, iinclude mo sya sa isesend mong package sa VFS via courier. For example LBC, bago ka pumunta doon you must completely fill out all necessary requirements (appendix b and vfs consent form), your passport, 2 pcs visa size photos (you must write your name, DOB, photo studio and date the photo taken at the back of 1 photo) and lastly your manager's check amounting to 790 pesos, if you have accompanying dependents, you must have individual manager's check, just write your name at DOB at the envelope ( ung long envelope na nilalagyan ng letter, usually included na sya when you request for a managers check). Delivery fee is included on the said amount so nothing to worry about pick up ng passport. You just have to wait for the delivery at your doorstep. (You'll receive a text and email from them when they started processing your visa (forwarded to embassy) and when it's also forwarded to courier, their courier was 2go. They texted me on Thursday and I received mine Friday morning.
