So I got my GCMS notes today. Apparently the the time I am going to take test, they have scheduled only 30 people at that time. They put me on schedule on September 6, 2019 for November 7, 2019 which means they probably schedule 2 months in advance at London office.

Does anybody know what does this mean under Clearance tab,

"SECURITY:
SECURITY: 1"

Test Completed but during Interview she said Background check is going on so not sure much time its gonna take may be 4 to 8 weeks....

how about you how much time it took for you for Background check?.
it took 3 months for mine depend on your office .just sit tight youll get oath soon

How much time generally it takes on test day for everything ( test and interview ). Also do we need to have set of photographs also?
Please if someone can list the document list required to show on test date, will be really helpful.

Thanks.
no photos.depend on people and how soon you finish your test

Hi,
I just received an oath ceremony invitation. I am from Victoria and my Oath ceremony is in Vancouver on Nov 07.

what a great long journey from my application of permanent residency to citizenship. I wish if I could explain it in words ..

Hi everyone,

My test was on Oct 12, passed it 20/20.
ECAS moved to Decision Made on Oct 17th.
I called Immigration today to know what is the decision made was, and they said my application is moving towards Ceremony Invitation, so everything should be fine.

I called because during my interview, the officer found a mistake I made in my physical presence calculator. I had a 10 day buffer which seems to have covered the mistake I made. I forgot to declare a trip to my home country I took for 10 days (which equates to 5 days absent in the physical presence calculator under work permit). At the interview they told me they will check my calculations again and make a decision. If i did not meet the minimum 1095 days, my application would be refused. But it sounds like that was my only mistake and the buffer days covered me.

Lesson learned... always keep a good amount of buffer days. No matter how carefully you think you are calculating your physical presence, you can always make mistakes. I always considered myself to be very careful about these things, and yet this happened.

Hello guys, I have a question regarding the documents that we need to bring to the citizenship test day. I've sent CIC my online physical presence calculation printout for the application, but I didn't save the printed-out version somehow......Is it a big issue if I couldn't bring a copy to the test? Do the officer really require all the documents included in the application to be shown during the interview stage? If so, what can I do now? Thanks a lot.

Hi Guys,

If someone has already attended oath ceremony can you please share how much time it takes for the complete ceremony. My office is Scarborough.

Thanks
