Update.....

This Morning my status changes to "Complete" They said wait Two business days after oath ( my oath was Friday). Since my status changed within 24 business hours, I walked into the passport office and applied for my passport and they accepted my application.

As I applied from a passport office it will take 2 weeks excluding mailing time. If I had applied from service Canada outlet, that might take 4 weeks.

So in three week after Oath we can get a Canadian Passport ?

I think he meant, approximately 3 weeks to receive his new canadian passport.
They said wait atleast 2 business days after your oath ceremony to apply for passport, but can actually apply for a passport as soon as your ecas says complete.

You are right! You wait 2 business days or change in ecas status, whichever happens first. If applied from Passport office processing times is 10 business days ( 2 weeks) and a couple of days for the passport to arrive at your address.

If applied from service Canada outlet, the processing time is 20 working days (4 weeks) and then few days for it to arrive at your mailing address.
