Oath will be on May 31st, 2019

Thanks I actually got my oath invite in the mail and like you I got invited to the special oath ceremony at Toronto Reference Library on April 23rd. We are lucky!

Hi everyone..
i have a question n i hope that someone could help.
So looking at the oath ceremonies from the official website, I don’t see any ceremonies for Ottawa after April 12th till end of May NOTHING.. while other areas already have been updated with different dates for the second half of April n May..
Could Ottawa really not have any ceremonies from the 12th of April till end of May?? Or could it just be not updated?But all other areas have been.. according to the website all dates r updated byweekly.

My case was IP since December 24, and no news after that. I followed up with them mid Feb via Email and they replied saying everything is okay.

What number should I call the agent? Can someone tell me?

I just spoke a really nice agent over the phone, she told me that my case has already been transfer from Sydney to Montreal Local office which is a good sign, and there's nothing I need to do for now.
I recommend that you call CIC agent to follow up, once you get into the system make sure you stay in French system and keep pressing 0 so you can be connected to an agent faster.

I can't believe at first everything is going well on Montreal, but the Oath is just so long.... I had to go to my country and my passport was just currently missingand my grandma is sick that i had to go back to my country huhuhu what do i do.. any suggestion..

Last person who got his oath invite was 5 months after test. Do you have to be away for long? In that case, can you rush back for the oath when you get your invite?

About missing passport, I am guessing you will have to inform your govt about it if you can't find it. If you decide to travel you have to apply for a new one and inform CIC about that too. But somebody else better answer these two questions.
