Got the same update today for both me and my wife not in kids, what do you guys expect, is it a finger print or Rq? This is probably delaying us now

Was the letter sent from your provincial processing centre or from the address we applied? Iam asking as Iam expecting the same as my ecas says a letter has been sent....
