Our applications were returned last Tuesday. Damn!
Re-sending them on Monday.
Reason for the return: My son's missing ID documents. We sent his heath card (with photo) and his last school report card showing his DOB, address, full name etc. I guess was not enough. All others applications are completed :/

Here in Quebec when the kids turn 16 the health card have photos. Before that no, no picture on the card.
