I'm guessing "In Process" is when the local office actually receives your file? With Canada Post on strike, this might get delayed?

hey guys, some formulas in the spreadsheet are incorrect... some days in the 'Processing days till today' column are way off, and some cells under the AOR column are broken -- e.g.: "#REF!"

I know that moderators work on the spreadsheet on their free time and this isn't much of a pressing issue, but would someone be able to take a look at it? I volunteer to fix them if you would like.

It's unlikely that files are transferred physically. It's either electronic transfer or just uploaded on to the website and accessed by the local office as and when required.

NO. If it comes back for being incomplete ( a missing document or an unanswered question in the application), you just have to complete the missing part and resend it with the old $630 receipt.

Yup it says on the letter to fix the information and send it back with the same payment information since they never processed the money. And it also mentions a procedure in there if you don't want to send the application back and just ask for a refund.
