Mine was received on September 14, until now nothing from the horizon. I called them this morning and l've been said that they don't have anything with my name. I feel frustrated by the way they process our application. It's become likely a random process.

Received on September 8th, no APR yet, call coc call center today, no agents available... what to do next?

Just had a call with Call Center and she said my application is not opened yet and could take couple of weeks for Acknowledgement letter , and within 20 minutes after the call i have AOR in my Inbox.

Finally I conclude that people working in the call centre do not have fully information about application. It happens many times they give wrong information as well as lying at all. Don't take me wrong, but it's my way of thinking about them. Versions are always differents Agent to Agent, speech against speech....

Mine was received sept 6, no AOR yet. They just do it randomly it seems.
