Seem they are processing until Sep 7, although there is one Sep 12 AOR too which seems odd (whims and wishes).
Sep 8 -10 it seems like next week now.

A question, in case of AOR they send email. What about when they return application? Do they email or only mail. Canada post being on strike so it could take a lot time than normal.

One last question I am almost done filling the application form. There is a question which says Tell us when you filed your income taxes in last 5 year. there are 2 options
Required to file
Yes No

Taxes files
Yes NO

Do I says yes for both or just yes for tax filed?

CanadaPost is on strike! how you guys are getting your application back?

The strike is rotational, not that they have shut down the entire postal system. You still get mails but they are delayed (snail mail).

Anyway, today the liberals have placed a back to work legislation bill, which will force the postal employee to get back to work, but not sure if the union will fight back this bill in court as Canada post is no longer an essential service in the country.

is a xero copy or a photo copy of recent ielts enough as a language proof or original form required?

make sure that the IELTS is the general version(not the academic version).

Just an update for people who have moved addresses.

I updated my address yesterday on ecas and it’s reflecting today..

Also called Cic and updated and they mentioned my application will be sent to Montreal for further processing.
