Sorry for confusion. Just one last question . Have you ever told that your score is uploaded in system.As whenever I call I am told no update yet.

They can see if knowledge is passed or not. If they cannot see it yet, that means your officer hasn’t uploaded yet

Yeah thats what they told but not sure why he has not loaded it yet.Although its done for others.

Has anyone had similar situation where Test result is not uploaded and ecas shows in process even after one week of exam date where you already passed the exam.

I am not sure why the delay only for your children; is your application non-routine? I.e did they request additional documents after you submitted the application?
Regarding the oath, I think it mainly depends on what date you applied; i.e since your application timelines have crossed 12 months, whenever they get the next set dates for your location, you might be one of the first to get invited as compared to someone who applied a few months after you
