Hi All

I have a question....received my gcms notes RR for POF....it is written on it that term deposit $12,700 savings $9....required amount for family of 1 $12,475... settlement funds do not appear to meet.
What does it mean??
I showed FD which was started on 18 th sept 2018 and maturity is 19 th sept 2019....AOR 19th sept 2018.

Well you seem to meet the POF criteria. Even i wonder, I may have some issue with POF. I had applied as single applicant in september and had around 7000 CAD in account and deposited the balance required amount near to my AOR (though before AOR).

Thereafter i got married and added my spouse to pending application and updated and showed balance for 2 applicants (while sending her papers in March when asked my cic) in different account other than the account i had shown in as single applicant and the balance was from FD which i got done just before updating my application after adding my spouse.

I wonder if there would be a problem but om both occasions my balance was above required level before sending the papers but from different account while
Making an application as single applicant and from different account while adding my spouse to my pending application

But they have written settlement funds do not appear to meet.. review required.. aren’t they considering FD as liquid or something?

I have gone through multiple threads where they have considered the FD’s even post ITA.
FDA, savings, current acc balances are all acceptable as per my limited knowledge

Medical passed Oct 20
No movement from there
called cic many time between Feb and April
All they said was
Eligibility: reccommended pass
Criminal: pass
BGC: in process
Applied for GCMS notes on Mar 20, but dint get it
Raised CSE last week as was very frustrated

No it wasn’t 6 months old...it was a day before Submission of docs

Did you sent a letter from the bank stating the total amont as per the FD in CAD ??

When did you order GCMS notes and what date did you recieve them?

Quick question: is it a positive sign that my application has moved to my local visa office? Received the email yesterday from IRCC that my application is now with Pretoria VO...I don't know when it moved to PTA VO though...

Hi, called cic today. No changes since I called last. Security not even started. The agent said that she sees that I've ordered the GCMS Notes but cannot tell when will I receive them. Noted thst everything is fine with my application and suggested to wait and be patient. As if it's so easy ☹. Hit 7 months of waiting yesterday.

As per Immitracker 43 PPR's have been issued in April 2019 for EAPR September 2018 applicants
