It just took 4-5 days for PPR from IP2, so all please be hopeful (was in IP1 for 5 months)

My original entry date and my last entry date on my CoPR are wrong.
Does anyone have the same experience and could anybody told me how to fix this?
I called IRCC several times, every time the answer is different.
Some say to email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. The reply was: the officer can correct it when landing.
However, I heard from people that only Cic Ottawa can do it, the landing officer refused to correct the paper.
Is there another way that I can get the instructions on how to fix mistakes on my Copr?

Ottawa relatively was the fastest visa office but in recent months they have been showing delays but even then most cases that we see with PPR in 3/4 month timeline are processed at Ottawa.
When did you upload IMM5406? I mean how long have you waited from uploading 5406 to PPR? Thanks!
I also received ADR for IMM5406. What did you upload? Including IMM5406 notarization and photocopy of ID? I wonder whether to upload ID notarization. Thanks so much!
