Hi ,

I have tried so many times to speak to an agent but I never get placed in the queue. I am always disconnected stating that "We are experiencing high call volumes at the moment ".

I typically call at 2:30 PM EST , using hangout.
Number - *67613 944 4000

Is there any other number, or time which I should try to get connected to an agent ? Any inputs in this regard is highly appreciated.

I called +1 613 944 4000 around 12 noon EST. I called from my phone. ( I live in the US and calls to Canada are free) Honestly, speaking to an agent doesn't make any difference. ( I got to know my VO though) Having said that, If you still want to call, I'd recommend calling around 7:30 -- 7:45 AM EST.

Try same number around 1:30 CST I got connected thrice

I have a query. Does adding additional documents through CSE increase processing time? I did not get ADR. I am planning to get an updated bank statement and bank letter and upload them today.
 
A CSE is a better option. Also when you complete your submission, they should automatically get to know and you might be able to see an update in a day or so. You'll have to try it buddy.
Thanks for the reply. I emailed both Singapore VO and raised a CSE. Got a reply from Singapore saying that the application is currently at the Ottawa office. I dont know if I am going to get a reply against the CSE as it is expressly stated that they won't reply if my application is within the usual processing time. Anyway, thanks and wish me luck.....i'm gonna need it

@dodogirl don't be affected by that. Every application moves differently; there are many with AOR after September 15 and already have got PPR while we are still waiting. I am waiting in IP2 for 4 weeks now. There are many whose 6 months have passed & file is approved for more than a month but they are still waiting for PPR. Let's focus on our own application and be happy for others. Cheers.

Depends what your background status says. Usually its IP1.
